Pricing questions
- Do I pay per tech pack?
- No. Paid plans include a monthly tech pack allowance — 8 on Starter, 20 on Growth, unlimited on Brand. Saved documents remain available in Files while your account and records exist.
- Is production included in the subscription?
- No. The subscription covers the software and AI. Sampling and production are quoted separately per project, based on your tech pack and quantities.
- What is the introductory price?
- New Starter and Growth subscriptions are billed at the introductory rate for the first month, then at the regular monthly price from the second billing month. Brand has no intro offer.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes — monthly, no lock-in. You keep access until the end of the paid period, and your document vault stays available while your account exists.
- What are the minimums?
- Minimum quantities are confirmed for your garment, materials and production partner in the project quotation. Ask our team about sample development before a bulk run.
