- What is Fabrica OS?
- Fabrica OS is software for clothing brands: organise product information, prepare technical documentation, estimate costs and manage development. The Fabrica is a separate, optional professional manufacturing partner.
- What can I do for free?
- Explore your workspace, enter product information manually and use your existing first tech-pack allowance with basic measurement assistance. Advanced AI generation, visual parsing and technical review require a paid plan.
- What does paid AI unlock?
- Starter, Growth and Brand unlock full AI Mockup Auto-Fill, structured technical generation and technical input review. Starter includes 8 tech packs per month, Growth 20, and Brand unlimited. AI requests are also rate-limited to protect usage.
- Does AI guarantee a production-ready tech pack?
- No. You must review and validate measurements, fabric, construction and all suggestions before manufacturing. Missing information and AI assumptions are not confirmed customer specifications; a completeness score is not certification.
- Are you responsible or liable if I do not like the final results of my tech pack or garment?
- No. Fabrica OS is a technical drafting and workspace tool designed to help you structure information. All AI-assisted suggestions, mockups, measurements, and generated files are drafting aids that require your review and final approval. You and your production partners retain sole responsibility for verifying all measurements, materials, and construction details before sampling or manufacturing. Fabrica OS accepts no liability for personal preferences, aesthetic dissatisfaction, or downstream production outcomes.
- Are manufacturing estimates guaranteed prices?
- No. Estimates use configured assumptions. A supplier-verified quotation follows review, and a final confirmed quotation requires agreement on specifications, scope and terms.
- What does The Fabrica do?
- The Fabrica is a manufacturing partner for emerging fashion brands. We coordinate product validation, sample development, pattern making, sourcing, cut & sew production, print, embroidery and finishing.
- Can I request just one service?
- Yes. Choose a single stage or ask us to manage the whole collection. A dedicated production manager coordinates the agreed scope.
- What can you manufacture?
- T-shirts, trousers, hoodies, workwear, outerwear, activewear, streetwear and uniforms. Share your design and we will confirm the appropriate materials and production approach.
- How does sampling work?
- Prototype, fit and pre-production samples establish fabric, fit, finish and construction before bulk production. Samples are photographed and sent to you for review.
- What is the minimum order quantity?
- The service list on thefabrica.eu lists MOQ 100 for cut & sew. The applicable minimum is confirmed for your garment, materials and production partner in your quotation.
- How do I get a quotation?
- Send your references or tech pack, quantities, materials, decoration requirements and target delivery date. The production team reviews costing and feasibility and confirms the project quotation.
- Do you offer sustainable materials?
- We can explore organic cotton, recycled materials, deadstock, GOTS and Fair Trade options. Availability and certification documentation are confirmed for the specific materials in your project.
- Can you print or embroider my designs?
- Yes. Screen printing, DTG, embroidery and sublimation are available depending on your fabric, artwork and quantities. Placement and finishing are confirmed before production.
- Can I download my files and invoices?
- Your saved technical documents remain available in Files. Quotes and invoices can be downloaded as PDF from their private review link; administrators retain their customer and invoice management panel.
- How are production invoices paid?
- Review your private invoice link, approve it or request changes, and follow the payment terms on the invoice. Production payments are handled by bank transfer; existing software subscription billing remains separate in Account Settings.
- Are software subscriptions required for a production enquiry?
- No. You can contact The Fabrica to discuss a manufacturing service. Optional tech pack software plans and any existing subscriptions remain separate from sampling and production quotations.
- Can I delete my data or account?
- Account Settings includes data erasure and account deletion controls. Cancel any active subscription before deleting your account. For privacy requests, contact info@thefabrica.eu.
